Deliveries of appliances included hooking up the devices, but only if we sold the water hoses. 

Their price isn't ANYWHERE NEAR what their BS website claims they deliver. I

We learned to:- treat each property as a separate deal, even though the seller was the same in this case (easier for our lender)- take note of marriages and state ownership laws to ensure Power of Attorney is in place- work with title company to schedule the delivery of paperwork to relevant places with notary service

You can do this via email or by mail delivery with proof of delivery - but not text as the courts have ruled that copies of text messages are not admissable in court.  

However, I hope that guys aren't marking up supplies beyond man hours and related cost for delivery in your state.

However, most days I wake up at 6, read 10-15 pages of a book I am reading, do a long stretch (I do package delivery at FedEx) then write a to-do list of things I want to do when I get back from work.

I would hate it if a hacker messed up my automatic delivery of coffee when I run low.
