Many of these program actually something that we can do ourselves too.Also these program I believe is structured when one is at certain net worth and have few serious real estate property to protect, like for example if one is having 3 to 4  fourplex , then yes that program may be worth a time although actually one can do it DIY too.To establish trust you dont need lawyer.

It all depends on where you get your used appliances, as there are too many stores out there that just pick anything off the street, give it a clean, and then put it out in the showroom as long as it runs.

I stayed patient because I knew her non-paying run would eventually end.And what did she do, left the property in such a trashed state that that a junk removal service told me it's going to take at least 2 full trucks to clean the place out - and it's going to need a top to bottom remodel.
