You have to really be committed to learning the craft if you want to flip. 

I attribute my success in the world of sales to understanding what motivation a person has to make a decision; then crafting a solution that is mutually beneficial.

Ultimately, I found after mastering my craft, I could be a go-to guy and then the expert the trust advisors would seek out.
