The agent should also fill them in on the current market conditions and a brief history recap of the market.Then guide them through the buyers process and explain any docs/contracts the buyer will be using.Big popular teams are fine.They will typically have you work with newbie agents they use for buyers.

@Jonathan Riverathat's fine... i just think if you're going to be investing in a purchase as significant as an investment property, it could be worth it to make a trip or two.

Now, when I go and cycle for 50 miles, I am burning fat and get excited to get on the scale afterward vs looking forward to a Chic-fil-a trip afterward.  

I've had a lot of trouble with them at least in the residential space but I would suggest the Commercial directory at Scotsman Guide

I have decided after the trip that I plan on moving to Austin TX.

Part of my confusion comes from a book called 'Every Landlord's Tax Deduction Guide'.

If not, you would need to structure a creative deal by purchasing subject to the existing mortgage.And if taking over the mortgage is not worthwhile due to the condition of the property, your last option would be a short sale.Before structuring a creative deal, make sure you are guided by someone who has done it before.
