We have a travel trailer and enjoy camping, so I looked quickly at buying or building a small one because I thought it would be fun, then I realized it would be more fun to just show up, hook up, and relax!  

Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler that has visited 54 countries (and love hearing travel tips), a martial arts fan with black belts in two martial arts, and I read a book every week (and always love good reading suggestions).How did I get involved with real estate?

I currently hold down a full-time job as a Crane Operator and travel quite a bit so weekends work the best for us.

Many HVAC units come with 10yr warranties that travel with ownership of the home.

Looking for advice, part and full time opportunities, and ultimately a way out of the traveling salesman role I have found myself in.
