The area I purchased is landlocked, surrounding by water on all sides and is known as the peninsula.

The lights went down, the cieling fans kicked onto high and the AC thermostadt went down to 68 and the surround sound came on and started playing "I wanna sex you up," by Color Me Bad!

Biggest things I see to improve are Paint, drywall repair, replace the acoustical tile ceiling with drywall, flooring, Counter tops, shower surround.

Though from their website info (which is all newly designed I see) it does sound like the tenant can now pay a portion of their rent like in other surrounding counties.

Add in Sparks and the surrounding rural areas.
