I’m only 18 fresh out of high school but, I’m striving to be the best version of myself I’m constantly reading and watching videos on real estate or just investing in general and it has really peaked my interest.

My work ethic as a carpenter is very goal driven I have a high level of urgency and quality even when there is no urgency I strive to go the extra mile show up early and be the last one to leave and stay organized as much as possible on Jobs sites.

To say a person has to get in REI to strive to quit their job, work REi full time, must be ready to do all functions themselves is so not true it is just ludicrous.

What I tell investors who buy properties from me is to look at the numbers and that's what I strive to give my investors.

If I had to liquidate today I think an investor would jump at the package, I strive to have the nicest house on the block and the tours show I'm getting close.
