Different sort of path you're taking I usually see people starting with physical property and transitioning to paper!

Also, to my knowledge, we are the only ones who can see current and old property disclosures unless we share those, so that's really helpful to know if they disclosed old structural issues or anything of the sort!

i am looking into purchasing a duplex and living in one unit while renting the other unit out, either long term or sort term. my question is whether or not i should put the property in my llcs name or not being that i will be living in one of the units?
