Hi Guys I'm new on Bp But I need some Help I showed one of my units today to a nice couple that does not have a social security # or driver license #.

We are a B Corporation registered in Mass. operating in Georgia.We are a real estate development firm committed to social and environmental impact utilizing smart growth, sustainable and new urbanism principles.By becoming a B Corp, it allow us to make corporate decisions with investors dollars based on environmental and social impact.

I am neither a tax expert or a financial planner, but I would add one thing to this conversation for us all to think about:  If we're highly motivated, successful investors and entrepreneurs, what are the chances we'll want to wait until 59 1/2 to retire?  

Maria, Being an independent contractor isn't bad; however, your boss would have to give you a raise to account for their half of Social Security and Medicare.

But despite all the challenges and hindrances put up in the risk-taking entrepreneur's path, the rest of us, we'll keep doing what we do, Lonnie deals and all, in our pursuit of the American dream.
