The kids would continue to experience the value of a charitable service way of life while maintaining the assets that will eventually provide for their comfortable retirement.Answer #2-- If the lottery proceeds were received before the launch of my first business plan mentioned above, I'd use the lottery proceeds as "seed money" for the business plan which would, in time, cycle back to Answer #1.

its never taken that long...as far as the flash cash some will let you get away with it and some wont you just have to go through trial and error with that as well,and you could also use a buyers POF=proof of funds,some buyers though wont allow u to do this since some wholesalers have been going around and making offers.etc for their purposes only instead of the buyers.Take Will's and Jscotts advice their veterans on here and wont lead u the wrong way..just as will stated he gets alot of his properties that way ,you would want to send him a request and soak up his knowledge.

Making it a part of a loan package is very different than showing it to some business guy who might provide seed money or someone to join in a partnership.

I do wonder if I'm paying for that potential flexibility in the form of higher interest rate (6.5% fixed for 5 years with a 12% cap)I've been in contact with them regarding this refi and they plan to send a guy out next week to do what I think isn't going to be a very involved appraisal, but which I think will be fairly accurate, and the lender will definitely do a cash out refi hence the potential seed moneyAlso, my situation is unique because my wife is a traveling nurse, and I'm willing to do anything temporarily.

I attended the April Foreclosure sale yesterday (April 5) to see how it all worked, and hopefully, if I can soak up enough knowledge and experience from you guys, I can attend the one in May with the intent to buy a property or 2?
