Unless you have good reason to not believe them, accept their reports as evidence and demand the smoker move out.

Apparently her dad is a smoker and currently lives in her garage.

I grilled the Maine Human Rights Commission on this for months and they were unable to give me a real answer. 

They do one once a month at City House Grille.

Ive got one call from a lady (sounds like a smoker, but maybe used to be) who is interested.

No smokers, no evictions, no felonies.  

Since it says "inhaled" vaporizing is also inhaling so I would  go with that and allow for him to do as a cigarette smoker would be allowed.

Ok, so I've been debating this all day and I need some help from the community.I have a married couple who want to rent one of my units and they seem very nice, but they have a checkered past with Credit.Here is the scenario:- Apartment for Rent $1500 / Mo- 3 Bed / 1 BA- No kids, no pets, non-smokers- Class B Property- On market for 2 weeks, multiple showings with only 1 applicant (husband/wife)- Wife has superb credit, 800 FICO, no outstanding debt/loans, Income $70K- Husband has good Income $90K, but credit is an issue.  

I say "should" because there's always the chance the judge is a recreational pot smoker or just sympathetic to their cause. 

     Just a thought ,friend has a large kitchenette with patio door to a deck with two grills.
