Flabbergasted and speechless don't even come close to covering my reactions to the challenges you're facing!

I'm looking for your expertise on your initial reaction to the deal.... thanks everyone!

That was my exact reaction at seeing properties priced more than double and triple what they were worth in their current condition (based on actual appraisals of neighboring properties); being told that the same property only needed new flooring when in reality it needed a total rehab, not to mention a new roof as the current one was noticeably warped...

When I bought it up, there was contention (even from a moderator), but when someone ELSE brought it up in REACTION to something done, the input was cordially welcomed. 

In fact, our own reaction when Lowell bubbled up in our analysis was one of… “Lowell?

As a libertarian, my gut reaction is no way (for reasons outside of economics... think massive government bureaucracy), but Andrew does a very good job of addressing some of the issues, concerns and potential impacts during said podcast.

Yeah, I know.... and my apologies to @Mark Brogan for my reaction. 

My first reaction to this post was, “Dang, maybe I should have looked harder behind the walls in the two Atlanta crack houses I bought!”

As a BRRR-er, my initial reaction to this was "NO WAY."
