When sub / general relationships are purely transactional, the quality of work and responsiveness crumble.

What qualities do you look for in a real estate agent when seeking to partner or work with them?

Perhaps there's even a way to bring on an equity partner where you give up some interest and in return have a properly capitalized operation, better quality of life and still enjoy upside in the future.... just a thought. 

For my Mira Mesa Rental( 2b/2B Condo) i easily find good quality tenants(High credit score and stable  job) through Zillow.

You have to really look hard to ensure you can find a quality PM.

Check the water quality before heading to slide rock (people can be gross), they have it posted on their website, but with the current pandemic it will probably be closed anyways.  

I thought the qualities of the videos was very poor.

We lost the equity piece of BRRRR, but we gained appreciation - something I did not see much in the earlier years.We work with the same contractors, we have standardized materials, we use the same vendors and SKUs for the most part - but still: if I am not on the job 3 times a week and check in on progress, quality and issues, things go sideways.Most of our OOS clients end up doing paint & carpet and will later say they are so glad they did not take on more!
