So he answered himself, saying "Yes, it's exactly what you think; licensed NJ Real Estate Salespersons."  ...After pausing dramatically, he continued with, "So when your father was selling his house when you were 12 years old, and you obviously had no ownership of the home, but YOU answered the phone and told someone it was 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and that he wanted $500,000 for it, you already broke the first rule of real estate by fostering the sale of a property that you do not own. 

I assume the buyer, but the wording of the question gives me pause.

His price appears to be full retail, that would give me pause....but the cash flow isn't bad.

I will take a pause after this one to see how it goes for awhile and rebuild funds.

He believes and I think he makes a great point of this, that the "peak" will be more of a pause before the markets recovers and continues a gradual climb upwards.

We recently had a client ask to pause services because he had too many quality leads coming in.

At the time it was already $200,000 less than every house on the street, and while it needed some serious updating it was not the scope of work that gave me pause. 

If it became nasty, that would be enough to give me pause about getting married to that person in the first place.
