my friend you are getting piss poor advice.. first off lieing about owner occ is a federal offense as stated and they ARE putting people in jail for this... its not like the old days were it was a wink and a nod.If your putting 25% down then it can be non owner occ... maybe 30% but that's the threshold.

If they come up with an address, use one of the online services that will send a bag dog poo...... a bag of rubber dicks..... or some other very offensive article that people send to people they hate...and send away....it will be worth a few bucksOr insist on a phone call....and then keep them on the line with some stupid story and a million questions..... lots of examples on YouTube about people messing with phone scammers.....hilarious....
