foreclosure letter.....

I am soooo new at this :D My boss wants me to write a letter for foreclosures and knock on doors.... :crying: ..letter writing I dont mind but am not sure what to put in letter to catch peoples attention for the foreclosure....Have been reading posts , thanks guys , have a good idea on how and where to track down these foreclosures...but ooooh, greatly appreciate some tips on letter writing, any tried and true phrases that will catch there interest .....thx
