I see it more in areas like DTLA just because there is lack of parking and not everyone needs it (good walkability).In terms of how much to charge, either (1) pick a number that makes sense to you, or (2) call around to the nearby apartment complexes and see what they charge.

Hey @Scott Christopher,Not sure if you are still in need of one but if you download the app NextDoor, you can type in key words such as handyman and people that live nearby usually have some great recommendations

Especially when you're first starting out as a new investor, even if you don't end up living in the investment property, it helps to do it nearby so that you're starting in an area you're much more familiar.

It might be worth looking into other homes near by that you could purchase and pour some of that renovation money into to.
