We had a Carrier AC that the fan motor blew up.  

Southern Orchards, Franklin Park, Old Towne East, King Lincoln/Mount Vernon, South Linden and looking to get into Franklinton. 

I am actually in Sheridan, Michigan, which is roughly equidistant between Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Mount Pleasant.

No motor vehicles or things may be parked or placed on the Premises without our written consent including motorcycles, trucks, boats, trailer, motor homes, and storage containers.

My personal AC went out yesterday and I have a relationship with a company, I called at 10, they came at noon and realized I needed a new motor, picked one up and were done by 4. 

I would say for picture holes nails or screws are acceptable, or mounting a TV.  

I could see demand for Fort Harrison State Park or close to Mount Comfort you could lure demand for business travelers.

We live on one of the only lakes in Broward County where you can have boats with motors, and we are adding a pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and patio with roof, as well as converting our carport and pantry/laundry room into a master suite.

I live in southern WV, the city is Mount Hope, right outside Beckley.

Mount Laurel, Moorestown, parts of Cherry Hill and Collingswood might be too expensive, but not sure if house hacking is the strategy (check out 148 E 2nd St in Moorestown).
