My opinion is you have done great but from 2012 to the end of 2021 was an incredible time to invest in RE and especially true in So Cal.  

Main street is most certainly in need of some risk-taking commercial investors, but the city has such incredible environmental potential.

I am so incredibly disappointed and will never trust a Zillow background check again. 

Once you own here and a few years go buy, you'll feel incredibly blessed to have your own property both in terms of cash flow and appreciation.There is a saying of owning real estate here:  "It's the bay area retirement plan".

Unfortunately, we can't afford investorlift at this moment even though it seems it would cure all our problems.

The only explanation for the apparent hoa foreclosure madness in Florida is the incredibly slow foreclosure process that basically guarantees you can hold on to the unit for years before the bank comes along.

My current property manager said he's not equipped to handle MTRs at the moment, and basically said if I plan to go this route I'll need to find a new PM. 

Patience, seller had contact issues and banker switched to two separate loans at the last moment.

The key is to work with one who is incredibly strong on the real estate analysis side.
