Make it clear to the manager that the bank's employee (if they are an employee) is encouraging your to commit mortgage fraud.

There are good ones out there that will not only put in any offer that you want but may encourage you to go lower!

The contract does, however encourage the birddog to stick around and do extra work to make the deal more profitable (like finding a local contractor that won't take me to the cleaners).
