Many of these books you and others recommend are probably motivational/inspirational (I.e Think and Grow Rich, or 10x growth) and meant to give us a 💪🏾 mental strength that will get us through the trials and help with blocking out negative Nancy’s, boosting us into the realm of the successful thinkers.My question is how do YOU protect YOUR energy 🔋 from negative family/friends, harassers, haters, and just general bad vibes?

Had it happen recently where a tenant was paying 27 percent of the rent,....had a change at the job and their hours were cut dramatically, they told the housing authority, I got some new paperwork....now the tenant pays 6 percent....Section 8 covers the other 94%.

@William Richard Arens I agree with @Heather Skowronsky that your parents are much better off selling the home and dramatically increasing their savings and even in this market I can see them selling their farm for 700k relatively quickly due to lack of supply in northern va area in general.

Since I am from Southern CA I just assumed that when the properties here have a major dip properties everywhere experience the same problem (maybe not as dramatic as CA/AZ and some other states).

Anything in the 1.4%+ range are total crap and I don't want them.The advantages with apartments are you concentrate capital, you can increase value by boosting rents and decreasing expenses, and if you get above a certain price point you can get non-recourse financing.
