Hello, i closed on a single fam. rental property about 1 month ago and my agent is also my property mgr. for the property. i cannot tell he is great because we just started working together. and so far he has not disappointed me. if the property is less than 100k minimum he will charge $100.

If I can swing more than that awesome but I won't be disappointed if I can get atleast 10 within the next three years.
