@Patrick Schwebke Yellowbird (local JAX company) has a facebook group that's very active and I think has monthly meetups, or at least they used to.

Also do you use a property management company or do you manage them yourselves?

Whoever sold you this property and the management company are not looking out for your interests.

Then there's sober living companies that get some government funding and require counseling, meetings, etc.

Here in PA anyone can write up a contract and submit it to a title company and they will handle everything. 

Hi everyone, I recently got approached by a company called find dream rentals.

If there are significant developments planned in the area, such as big companies opening, new apartment complexes, hospitals, or malls, it could actually be a brilliant idea to buy properties, even if there’s currently no cash flow.Just something to think about before dismissing it as a poor investment to hold onto.

So far none of the title companies I've contacted have been any help.

I was under contract to buy a house and the title company discovered bunch of liens few days before closing.
