I live in Atlanta so I was able to drive by and take a look; the house was really cute.  

These sub-markets are all located on two main roads that open up to million dollar views, cute mountain towns, and make it logistically easy to travel to and from.

The pros are: Great, cute house with a lot of character.  

If you come into the main part of Pewaukee from the East the main drag and about 2 or 3 blocks from the lake you hook a left and I think that is the main road going along the southshore. they are about the 5th house on the right  cute white farm style house..   

Saying that you want to BRRRR a property is a cute real estate term.

It's weird because there are many videos showing this cute quaint side to Monroe--Tiktoks showing gentrified "My Day in Monroe GA." 

The first viral video of a cute white 8 yr old girl bleeding and dying on the steps of a hospital that refused care would cause a firestorm and cry of "something must be done!"
