I would recommend getting crystal clear on what your end goal is and how involved you want to be in management.

Hey @Michael Mroczka - I think you definitely got some good advice above from @Paul De Luca and @Crystal Smith.....this is definitely a somewhat grey area, but the more upfront you can be the better.  

This means that as the upward pressure of demand softens, we will see a cooling-off period supported by limited supply.I am not claiming to have a crystal ball, but what this means to me is that we will see stabilization in the market.

Obviously none of us have a crystal ball, but I don't think it would be a foolish decision to sit this one out until next year.

Even without being able to look in a crystal ball, I can reasonably foresee that my only anticipated expenses in the near term will be wear and tear from tenants, appliance replacements, and a well pump eventually.So my questions to all of you with much more experience than I are as follows:1.
