@Daigo Kurosaki   I think I sent you my e book on the do's and don'ts for out of state investing.. but if not ping me and I will send.There are literally 50 markets and 100 plus TK companies.. one thing you will want to do is compare these companies side by side and see how they pencil out. 

I wrote a little e book for Australians when they were buying turn key and you talk about out of state they were on the other side of the globe and the horror stories abounded with them.

As long as you are a library card holder with a participating system, you can "borrow" ebooks, audiobooks, music, movies and more.

I would agree that you should go for a complimentary degree that is not directly related to RE.

I like a book or even an e-book to bring things together for me.
