My goal is to buy a 3 or four bedroom house, live in one of the rooms and rent the rest out through bed and breakfast and live there for free, and eventually moving out altogether and just renting out the whole house, so my question is what am I looking for in terms of location to so that I'll be in a prime area for people to come and rent out?

The way I met him (and eventually asked him out to breakfast to pick his brain) was just through calling up the brokers office (remax for example) and asking for a real estate agent who owns investment property.
