Does anybody have a good workaround for city ordinance restricting more than five unrelated occupants in a single-family residence?  

I have a property in Kansas City that has been freshly renovated.

Towns/cities hate them because there are no proprety taxes yet they chew up services for things like more school kids, etc.I'm sure there are deals to be had out there in parks for people that are looking.

I'd love to hear how people make these projects work as I want to help provide more affordable housing for the markets in our area in the Twin Cities, Duluth, and the Brainerd Lakes Area. 

When i saw this article and that it was in my city of Long Beach I thought of landlords on top of prayers for this family.
