During our last inspection, I asked them if the city was ever going to start inspecting LTRs because our long term tenant residents deserve safe accommodations as much as visitors!

I couldn't find anything specific but I did see that vacation rentals are available to visitors and guests.

This picture was taken from sometime before 2004 (at some other event), as evidenced by the fact that a very large museum building (the Museum Visitors Center) is missing from the upper right-hand portion of the picture.

I am pretty sure that of 55,000+ visitors there are some to compete with you Rich.

Even if they do, a visitor can create enough damage to cost you an entire years profit.

I think the meetings are free, not sure, but worth a visit or two.

You can always visit (or have someone you trust visit) the property after a month or so of them moving in.

Could be my own bias but I can't imagine you'd have a ton of visitors.
