Pricing & listing optimization, art direction for photo shoots, outreach to any relevant media, local/regional listing & tourism outlets and connecting with influencers & corporate partners for sponsorships are all part of the day to day things I do to promote your property.

The US side had gone the quick cash industrial route many many years ago and now pays the price, the Canadians took the slow growth tourism way and are a real sparkling gem.

Based on that they were the winning bid built the building made 7 million and the rest is history they then had track record so they could get bonded ..So in small ways if someone can get with just one vendor investor that you can get a deal done it can lead to experience and doing other deals.This company US Pacific builders we did a few developments in ORegon and some timber deals. they ended up making a killing building resorts in Vietnam ...

I'll try to be the voice of reason, but if I see something that I like, I may get on board.I was in Belize for a day(on a cruise) and can see the potential for any of these countries once theri tourism sector gets developed.

Most employment in beach areas is in tourism/hospitality or service-related industries.

Your arguments should be economic : direct tax for the city and indirect income for the retail business in the city thanks to the development of tourism. 

It was at this point that tourism started booming and land prices were skyrocketing.
