I've got a couple of 3 bedroom SFHs that I'm in the process of rehabbing, and am toying with the notion of listing them as MTR for travel nurses.

On line is okay for buying toys on Amazon, not for checking out an apartment.

Professionally done so no chance there is a cob job by the tenant, it is a bit of a pain in a retrofit but that would change my mind to yes. 

I've been toying around with the idea of taking maybe 50% deposits, but it would require some serious mitigating factors otherwise.

So when their precious little angels flush toys down the toilet they pay for it to get snaked, and when Spot chews up the blinds they pay to replace them.

I feel like a kid with a new toy and look forward with great anticipation to have a chance to build solid and fruitful relationships with any of you people that might be interested.

Fortunately, that has afforded me the opportunity to save up for an investment.Not sure if anyone can relate to this feeling when starting out, but I feel like I've talked to a million people who've pointed be in a million different directions to the point where it makes you just not want to do anything.I've toyed with the idea of investing out of state (random places like Cincy, Houston, etc...), but I just don't really have a level of comfort to do that for my first property.

I was toying with it  for one of my new constructions on the Oregon coast... and my past CFO has one on the ORegon coast and what it does for her is pay's for the mortgage and upkeep.. and then they get to use it a few weeks out of the year.. 

Making sure I avoided the gaze of the employees, I dug my keys into all the flooring samples they had (trying to imitate drops, gouges, tools/toys etc).
