I do white sheets on the King beds, Sam’s Club paisley sheets for my Queens and my double beds are for kids…I get shark and mermaid sheets from Target.  

Some are lenient and good guys and i'm sure you'll find some that are sharks.

All charge fees for their services and make additional money when things go wrong for you at your property.The truth is people like you attract sharks.

I just don't see the point of living on the razor thing edge you have to live on just to cut a few years of the loan period.

Hey BP, so since I have little liquid cash to start playing with the big sharks, so I have decided to do wholesaling to get my cap up to start buying properties.

It's a clog dance on a razors edge. 

Also, be cautious BP is full of sharks that will eat you alive....   

Maybe an error in construction, or maybe sawing tolerances way out of wack somewhere, or maybe saturated with water from bad flexible water pipe, or a leaking shark bite, etc..If it's water that caused it maybe it would be flexible when stepped on, maybe not.To me this does not seem like a cosmetic issue, and it might be a construction defect, or some kind of water damage.If it were mine, I would open the floor up and have a look.
