Sure, an event of some kind could happen that than stimulation of economy is the call to action but it's pointless because this group seeking excuses for NON-action will simply **** there excuse saying economy is too weak, prices are too high, it's the year of the Rat, Jupiter and Mars are in bad alignment etc etc etc..
