There is an area close to the area I like to buy rentals, it has a lot of "half plexes", its funny to drive down the street and see one structure with totally different roofing on each side.I refer to buy in areas where there are few rentals, most homes are OO, so needless to say I stay clear of anywhere with duplexes, it is obviously more leaning to rentals.

However, while the property is in poor shape, it could be renovated successfully (if purchased at the right price, needless to say.)However, once it's been declared a public nuisance and ordered demolished, it's no longer able to be taken off the demolition list simply by making arrangements with the building inspectors.

The best priced lenders in the DSCR space, needless to say, are swamped with business, and thus closing slower. 

So, needless to say, I am super exited about our new property we are buying in Costa Rica.  

I've seen assignors needlessly take homeowners into foreclosure merely because the assignors didn't want to let the homeowner out of the contract so an investor could purchase the home.

Needless to say Columbus will remain a strong real estate market for the foreseeable future.

Needless to say, I don't think I will be buying any more out of state rentals.
