Makes for terrible music when that happens :mrgreen:

Are they installing a name brand faucet that will have repair parts available for 20 years, or one of the Chinese or Mexican attractive but poorly manufactured units that will likely be leaking in less than 2 years, with no parts available?

We were in the car talking real estate returning home from a family trip and Ruby by The Kaiser Chiefs(yeah we love alt/indie music) was on the radio and my wife told me the story of her Aunt Ruby, a Hollywood type who was always glamorous in all things and also sold real estate for a living.

The unit was overimproved and I had a lot of applicants but chose young boys who most likely won't mind whole nights music and parties. 

He took NINJa loans galore, rented everything, and when the music stopped he just kept on leasing and was making every month what he had yearly before.

As a kid who grew up in the early 2000s I was raised on Atlanta music and artists (lol I didn’t have to be a savvy real estate investor back then to know to stay away from Zone 6 and Zone 3!).

When I wanted to be in the music industry as an executive, I started out wanting to be an A&R, then I wanted to be President of A&R, then Vice President of the whole company then President.
