The "house contribution" goes to all communally used items such as trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. 

While I was waiting between showings I decided to take advantage and clean out some trash that was left in the laundry room.

Nothing like turning in a laundry run for da boys into a business trip :)

I have rented out my property (also VA loan) for 9 years and the only thing my property manager has recommended is fresh paint or new carpet once and pressure washing the outside every few years.
