I went down a rabbit hole on instagram/twitter and found these accounts that sell fake documents also offer to be your reference.

I do targeted FB/insta ads, buy buy sell trade groups, etc.. that has helped get some more direct bookings but we alsonare listed on airBNB/VRBO. 

Yup, either rank #1 on Google (which is what I decided to invest all my time and effort in when I started) or do paid ads like Youtube, Facebook, Instagram TikTok etc. etc.As I said, I did SEO..

I’ve been reading books, put on BP Podcast instead of Music in the car, deleted Instagram and swapped mIndless scrolling for educational YouTube, online brokerage viewing, BP, etc. 

And a very important tale to be learned..

I'm not saying people with 100 doors haven't worked hard to get to that level, but at the end of the day revenue isn't the most tell tale sign - it's profitability or free cash flow.

I'm glad she's got so many Instagram followers, but her WHO/WHAT/WHERE seems incredibly basic to me...
