From an innovation standpoint, we will no longer be the greatest nation on the planet in a few years, and the economic success of this country will reflect that...In fact, if you quantify innovation as a percentage of GDP, I'd guess we no longer are the most innovative country on the planet...

So, if I were selling and wanted 5K, I could take 900 down in March, 600 more in May, 600 more in July, 600 more Sept, 600 more in Nov, and 900 in Jan with the balance being due at closing at the end of April after tax returns were received.What would mess this up?

-Rimrock Builders and Home Base Innovation, and Better Building Tech are great, high character groups in town that do excellent work.

There's tons of innovation going on, and while it's volatile at the moment, I also believe it's going nowhere but up in the mid/long term.
