If I lived in key west still I'd be living in a 30k houseboat spear fishing off the back, but even the vacation housing areas out here are filled with trailer homes on lakes, which loses appreciation.

I fish the bitterroot every year out of HamiltonMontana is no way cheap anymore at least for primary housing.. and I would think were your at a big collage town there is a lot of student type rentals.
