MOBs are inherently valuable wherever they’re located due to the fact that the tenants rarely move, healthcare is expanding with aging baby boomers, the tenants make tons of money and they spend tons of money on their tenant build outs.

I have recently changed careers from the healthcare sector now to real estate investing.

Remember, RE is unique and a round lot of GE stock is pretty much the same as the next 100 shares you might buy.Realtors are more than widget sales people, the are social workers, they are personal financial advisors, they are community representatives introducing new comers to a new area, they inform  of social, business, religious, health care and educational systems within a community.

Just my 2 cents I'm in health care.

I'm in the health care field as well (except on the IT side of things).

Got to thinking about this when I saw a copy of the healthcare legislation bill and it took over two reams of paper to print out.

Health care organizations require encryption for HIPAA and many businesses are dealing with mandatory disclosure laws when they lose personally identifiable information of their customers, employees, or whomever.

What happened to it? I clicked on 'my posts' and it said it was in a private forum. And I'm guessing I'm not in it? And it used to be in off topic? I looked in the 'why we edit' sticky and did not find a possible answ...

We both work in healthcare which is stressful and demanding.
