Anything you liked / disliked specifically?

I just dislike the fact when people try to categorize all wholesalers into one category, and find posts made by "any" wholesaler, and think they have the right to vent and say whatever it is to them that comes to mind.

Ask what they like and dislike about the house, let them talk down about it.

We all have our likes and dislikes now on the phone I like E mail  simply because I get a few hundred a day.. so I like to stay ahead of them if I don't read it that day I will lose it as I wont go back in time to read emails and people yell at me  Hey you did not respond to my e mail.. 

I'm sorry I refuse to believe some of you all that dislike whoelsalers, would pass up the opportunity to get a house at 40k when you know its worth 100k as is.

The ones I dislike seeing are the ones with tons of children's toys.

No matter what you do in Life there will be some that Like and some that Dislike the way you go about your business. 

What they don't want are other investors because they dislike investors - and that makes it hella hard to assign a deal I have full capability to assign.
