Sadly, however, you can't swing a cat by the tail in this town without hitting a crapshack, or maybe the agent enthusiastically selling it as a wonderful investment opportunity.

This heads-I-win-tails-you-lose crap is exactly the type of thinking that got us into the mess we are currently in.
