When my dishwasher broke I went and purchased a new one.

I just had a dishwasher leak on laminate and am having to replace the entire kitchen floor. 

I don't know enough about the Milwaukee market to tell you how much you could get for the property... but being how Milwaukee is a desirable market for investors ever since @Dawn Anastasi and @Mehran K. teamed up and told the world on a podcast they were getting 2-3%, I would say you can sell the property without actually "putting the property up for sale".

thanks dawn, im trying i want to find some cheaper stuff to get started , build confidence and what not. its hard when there just saying how im gonna fail blah blah blah. this site is obviously living proof that it works if done properly
