I believe that if given the right tools tenants can be a power tool to helping identify and stop problems before they become big issues.To help make this a bit more forum friendly, I will adapt my questions a bit, but here is what I am curious about 2 different areas: Digital Move-inWhen tenants move in and submit damage reports for their rooms, do they do it digitally?

Here's how California defines Fair Market Value as it pertains to condemnation:"The fair market value of the property taken is the highest price on the date of valuation that would be agreed to by a seller, being willing to sell but under no particular or urgent necessity for so doing, nor obliged to sell, and a buyer, being ready, willing, and able to buy but under no particular necessity for so doing, each dealing with the other with full knowledge of all the uses and purposes for which the property is reasonably adaptable and available."

If a box was checked it meant that the weather had been given for example.I adapted the flight strip system to my RE, on a white board with deals as they came in at the top and a horizontal series of boxes and comments.
