Hello BP I'm new to this process but in Arkansas I'm aware that there is a 10 day redemption period following the tax sale and also a 90 day litigation period my question is can the former owner take back the property after both periods have pasted or is it a good idea to file legal proceeds?

@James Riggs From what I have been told is that you want to make sure that they manage the property them selfs, so that way they ar involved long term and don't just collect a paycheck after doing a bad rehab and leaving you with the mess to deal with.

i am a full time investor in california and would am considering doing tax ldeed investing in arkansas.question is when you buy the property at the tax deed sale is the city code violations wiped out that are showing on title at the tax lien.here in california the code violations are not wiped out so i trying to find out in arkansas thanks ken letourneau
