They update their forms with every new regulation passed (which seems like way too often lately) and also have training workshops (mostly virtual now) to help educate you on how to stay compliant and other landlording topics.

They should know the trends of the market, the demand, and overall just have a clear idea of how their market works! Hope

I'm not one for spending too much on GURU boot camps (though I've been to a few) but I will gladly pay for local Workshops and Classes on things that interest me.  

I am planning on attending Than Merrill's 3-day insider's workshop, Feb 12-14 (Next Friday-Sunday) in Baltimore.
