1 Ticket for Than Merrill's Three Day Workshop

This message is specifically for people in Baltimore:

I'm a newbie here and in real estate investing. I am just currently trying to absorb as much knowledge as i can. Very happy to see this community around real estate investing.

I am planning on attending Than Merrill's 3-day insider's workshop, Feb 12-14 (Next Friday-Sunday) in Baltimore. I have 2 tickets, and I am going alone. I can give one ticket for $98 (half of what it cost me), and hopefully make a friend. This workshop is three full days (friday through sunday) so make sure you can make that time commitment and are ready to learn.

From other discussions here i understand they do upsell their mastery program (which i would not recommend at the outset), but i hear they do pack in a lot of information, so hopefully the ~$100 will help with learning something. I am going to the workshop the first time myself, so i cannot guarantee anything about the workshop. I am also certainly not liable for anything if you decide to go for their mastery program.

I look at it like this: I dont know much about real estate investing and there is much to learn. If there is something i learn here that can save me even $500-1000 anytime in the future, the workshop is worth the money to me.
