Why try to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory? 

Do people get more upset in those instances? 

As the investor would be happy or upset if the underwriting was based on an 8% cap rate? 

Youre upset the inspector told the buyer, not only should he have told the buyer, you should have as well.

The stress of work uncertanity, stay in place orders and the constant media on the health crisis has left most of the tenants I manage for REMAX and personally stressed, upset with their too close neighbors in duplexes and calling me constantly to mediate disputes.   

My philosophy is that if I leave a few dollars in the property its worth having the peace of mind and will keep me into the properties for longer as opposed to trying to pull out everything as fast as possible and getting upset when a water heater dies and selling to get away from the stress. 

A lot of times sellers don't want to sign a listing agreement, and you don't want the seller that you're going to buy it and then assign it out and they get upset, but you also run the risk of sending it to your "buyers list" who will then try to go around you.

The only people that say different, are those who didn't go, or did not apply themselves enough when they went.Just don't get upset if your liberal arts degree doesn't get you much without a Master's and a lot of luck!

My issue is our owner is very upset about the fees associated with breaking the property management agreement despite having signed the contract. 

Even if the guests are getting an amazing deal and they know ahead of time that parking is tough, some of them will still get upset and leave bad reviews.
