PM companies don't make their money from a subscription service at $35-50/mo. 

However, if you want access to CAR (California Association of Realtors) forms you have to either pay dues and become a member of CAR/NAR, in which case you get the CAR forms for free, or, you can decline membership in CAR/NAR and pay a subscription fee to get CAR form access that is about the same cost or more than the membership dues.Brian, is that your experience as well?

Definitely not set it and forget it as others have said, it takes a bit of fine tuning...but with my first booking it paid for about 4 years' worth of the subscription to Pricelabs so I don't see myself stopping its use anytime soon.

An update from the Jacksonville Business Journal, released today:The city of Jacksonville is moving toward collecting bed taxes from Airbnb hosts, with Duval County having the 17th highest revenue from the company in the state.Collecting taxes from Airbnb would make Duval the 40th of Florida's 63 counties to do so.The City Council auditor will begin determining how much the city should collect, following a vote by the Jacksonville Tourist Development Council earlier this month.The TDC also voted to begin a partnership with AirDNA Solutions, a subscription service company that provides advertised listings, room nights and other information to track.

It's worth the monthly subscription all on it's own.Not sure what "Cash Flow Velocity" is.

Sell it as a subscription model and make multiple incomes per user.
