At least check out their Linked In profile and look at their background to know if the content creator actually is a true expert or if they are a charlatan like this guy. 

The tax does not add up to much, but if you legitimately qualify for the Solo 401k, avoiding UDFI saves you some paperwork and expense.Get on the phone and check out a few providers.

I understand the significance of key metrics such as IRR and CoC in evaluating the potential of a deal, but the abundance of information out there is making it challenging to find a straightforward, user-friendly solution.What I seek is a singular, comprehensive tool—a master template, if you will—that I can consistently rely on from deal to deal.

I'm not sure it's so straightforward to put a room in your primary residence into an LLC but at the same time worried about the risk exposure if I don't - any thoughts on the pros and cons of either would be appreciated!
